Under the supervision of Professor Sarah Hook, PhD student Arnold (Kee Ho) Lee focused his research on fighting cancer by delivering chemotherapies or cancer vaccines with nanoparticles.
His talk will focus on the highlights of his thesis, submitted at the beginning of June 2018, including; the development of pH responsive nanoparticles with polymers or liposomes, validation of a light scattering assay to determine changes in nanoparticle concentration, and appraisal of the nanoparticles in cells and mice.
