"Towards Quantum Simulation with Dipolar Molecules in Light Crystals"
Quantum many-body systems with long-range interaction are currently of immense interest in the theory and experiment community as future platform for quantum simulation and, potentially, general quantum computation.
In this talk I will elucidate how such systems can experimentally be realised with ultracold dipolar molecules trapped in light crystals (optical lattices) and will outline the current state of the art [1,2].
