This endorsement is offered both on campus and by distance learning.

As part of the School of Physiotherapy's staircasing options, students enrolled part time can complete any or all of the following qualifications endorsed in Sports Physiotherapy, i.e. enrolment in Certificate, Diploma then Masters, or directly into the Masters. Students enrolled full time can complete the Postgraduate Diploma or Master of Physiotherapy.

Please note that a B grade average or above is required in the first four papers for students to progress to the Masters level papers.

Postgraduate Certificate in Physiotherapy (Sports Physiotherapy)

Year 1

PHTY 501 Biomedical Science in Physiotherapy (Semester 1)
PHTY 542 Sports Physiotherapy (Semester 2)

Postgraduate Diploma in Physiotherapy (Sports Physiotherapy)

Upon successful completion of the Postgraduate Certificate, with a B grade average or above, students can staircase to the Postgraduate Diploma (Sports Physiotherapy)

Year 2

Two further papers, of which at least one is a PHTY paper, worth 30 points from Part 2 of the Schedule.

Master of Physiotherapy (Sports Physiotherapy)

Upon successful completion of the Postgraduate Diploma, with a B grade average or above, students can staircase to the Master of Physiotherapy (Sports Physiotherapy)
