Dr Joon Kim has secured a Wrightson Postdoctoral Fellowship from the Neurological Foundation of New Zealand. Research conducted during this fellowship will focus on understanding how a population of stress-responsive neurons in a region of the brain called the hypothalamus, regulate an animal’s risk assessment. This research will be conducted in the Iremonger laboratory in the Department of Physiology.
