    Learning Outcomes

    Students who successfully complete the paper will gain:

    • A highly developed understanding of the theoretical and practical contribution of a variety of corporate and business strategies on organisational and individual performance and how effective strategic decision making can impact performance
    • A highly developed understanding of the theoretical and practical implications of changing and dynamic business environments and the systems that underpin business success in the context through critical evaluations of problem scenarios and case examples specific to the needs of industry and the formulation of coherent and appropriate diagnoses

    Additionally, through the use of advanced research skills, students will provide a synthesis of extant knowledge of issues that are of concern to business, develop solution design that is relevant to specific cases and evaluate implementation strategies
