An afternoon of seminar presentations is held during this course of classes, and a further seminar will be given in mid-July.
A draft of the essay must be submitted by 31 August, and the final version by 2 October.
Where possible, students should identify a research topic by early December of the year preceding the year of study, so that they can commit themselves to a reading programme over the summer break prior to the fourth year of study.
