"I currently work within three GP practices in Dunedin and do a monthly clinic in a practice in Oamaru. Provide support for general practice teams:

  • Clinical medication reviews to optimise the patients medication regimen
  • Clinical audits of high risk medicines, for example, checking renal function with dabigatran, zoledronic acid or conditions, for example, gout to make sure patients medication is optimised
  • In-service education sessions to various providers
  • Produce monthly bullentins to all primary care providers"
