Overview
Alexander Pinfold, affectionately known as Pinny, attended the University of Otago in 2011- 2014. He completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a double major in Finance and Accounting.
He spent his first year in Cumberland College, made many friends and played for Pirates Rugby Club. He then flatted in Castle St and Pitt St, continuing to play social rugby. In his final year, Alexander was Treasurer of the Otago Commerce Students Association. Otago was a huge part of his life; he thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the student culture and Dunedin, and loved every minute he spent at Otago University.
Alexander had completed his NZICA papers and had accepted a graduate auditor position starting in 2015 with one of the major accounting firms, with the intention of completing his professional qualification to become a Chartered Accountant.
Alexander was hugely popular and is sadly missed by all who knew him.
