Overview

Sisi Xin, BSc Human Nutrition, Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics.

Sisi Xin of China, tragically died in the Christchurch earthquake, on the 22nd of February 2011. Sisi was a warm, vibrant, caring person who quickly won and held the respect and affection of everyone she worked and relaxed with. As a student Sisi was known for asking good questions, taking constructive feedback and being keen to learn. She was mindful of others and always keen to help.

When the earthquake struck Sisi was completing her postgraduate Dietetic studies in Christchurch having successfully completed her BSc degree in Human Nutrition in Dunedin. Sisi also worked for the Nutrition Department as part of the National Nutrition survey team.

Sisi is remembered by her family and friends for her beautiful smile and sweet bubbly personality.
