High fiber carbohydrates associated with lower risk of many chronic non-communicable diseases

NCLR investigator Dr Lisa Te Morenga recently led a study that found that high fiber carbohydrates, especially wholegrain cereals, are associated with lower risk of many chronic non-communicable diseases .
