Summer Bootcamp

Come along and join us for this fun outdoor training session.  Meet at Unipol reception at 6.30pm and the instructor will take you through a warm-up to get you to the outdoor destination.  Make sure you bring a drink bottle and towel - you will need it.  Lots of fun to be had, so bring your friends.  50 minutes

U50

Unipol’s own 50 minute high intensity, functional training class. Be prepared to work hard at stations that combine strength, power, cardio, endurance … and the list goes on. Don’t sit at home wondering, come and give it a try – but beware its addictive! 50 minutes

u30

Everything from the 50 minute class, just piled into a non-stop 30 minute workout.  30 minutes

Blast

In this high-intensity, non-choreographed, interval training class you will be working for 30 seconds at a time with 10 second rests in between exercises. We use simple resistance moves with cardio exercises to elevate your heart rate and get you working harder than ever before. 50 minutes

Blast30

Join us for a shortened version of this popular class. Eliminating most of the equipment Blast30 will focus solely on your cardiovascular fitness. It's explosive, dynamic, high-impact and will make you sweat! Only 30 minutes, no excuses. 30 minutes

BoxFit Intro

This 30 min session will guide you through the different punches we use in a BoxFit class. You will learn how to execute each punch correctly. This session is recommended for anyone who has not boxed before. 20 minutes

BoxFit

A fun, action packed, non-contact class based on the fitness principles of boxing. This interval style training class combines boxing with cardio exercises to help you work all parts of your body and increase your overall fitness. This class is a great stress buster and all equipment is provided. 50 minutes

Core

Core focuses on toning and strengthening the abdominals, lower back, hips and butt. Sculpt your body into a masterpiece, improve your posture, and reduce the likelihood of back pain. 50 minutes

Pump Intro

A half hour informal class for those with limited barbell and weights experience to learn the correct technique of each exercise. Stay on for the Pump class afterwards! 20 minutes

Pump

Get pumped up! A class that combines a number of muscle-conditioning barbell exercises to help improve muscle tone, joint flexibility and posture. This class requires no coordination and, with adjustable weights, is suitable for all fitness levels. You'll leave feeling satisfied! 50 minutes

Spin

In this group cycling class you will be guided through inspiring soundtracks that will lift your spirits, clear your mind and build cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. This low impact but high intensity workout will leave you drenched in sweat yet motivated to come back for more! All levels are welcome. Bring a towel and a water bottle. Reservations are essential and can be made only on the day. 50 minutes

Spin30

An express spin class designed to take your lunchtime workout to a whole new level. Leave these classes feeling refreshed and ready to continue your day. Reservations are essential and can be made only on the day. 30 minutes

Spin30 + Core

Get the best of both worlds and combine the well-loved Spin30 class with 30 minutes of core. 50 minutes

Step Fit Intro

Ever wanted to try Step Fit but thought it looked too difficult? Step Intro is your answer. This half hour class will show you basic moves that will help you to participate in a class. If you are new to Step Fit this session will give you the confidence to give it a go. 20 minutes

Step Fit

A great cardio and toning class that has beginner to intermediate choreography. Gain confidence on the step while having fun and getting a great workout. 50 minutes

Step Up

A class with a mix of creative routines and a whole lot of rhythm based on and around the step. With intermediate choreography this class is designed to extend your step skills, challenging the mind and body. Fitness Instructors plan each class to a variety of music to guarantee you with a fun filled experience. 50 minutes

Yogalates

A class that takes you through a series of yoga, pilates and stretching moves. Tones and strengthens all muscle groups, relieves tension and stress as well as improves flexibility. 50 minutes
