Our group fitness classes are available daily across a range of times ensuring plenty of opportunity to help you reach your fitness goals.

7am classes are 45 min, 12.10pm are 30min and all other classes are 50 min in duration.

*Step Intro and Pump Intro are held on Sat 3rd, 10th and 17th March; 14th and 21st April.  For these Intro classes please meet the instructor 5 min before the scheduled time.

**BoxFit Intro is held on Wed 28th Feb; 7th,14th March; 11th and 17th April. Please meet the instructor for BoxFit Intro in the blue gym 5 min before the scheduled time.

Spin Information:

***Bookings are essential for Spin classes and can be made on the day only. Please book a spin bike by using the Spin Booking button at the top of this page.  You will receive an email confirming your booking.  If you need to cancel your booking, follow the instructions on the email.

Waiting Lists: If there are no spaces left in the class you will be asked if you would like to be put onto the waiting list.  If a space becomes available you will be emailed asking if you would like to take the available spot.
