Group Fitness Timetable

Our group fitness classes are available daily across a range of times ensuring plenty of opportunity to help you reach your fitness goals.

We run 4 types of timetables:

  • Semester timetable - runs semester time, excluding university holidays and exams.
  • Reduced timetable - runs in University holidays
  • $2 exam timetable - runs during exams. Classes $2 except Free Fridays.
  • Summer timetable - runs over summer. 4th Nov-8th Dec; 6th Jan-16th Feb 2020. (4th-10th November: Classes $2 except Free Fridays)

Summer Timetable 2019/20

(4th Nov- 8th Dec 2019; 6th Jan - 16th Feb 2020)

$2 classes run from 4th Nov - 9th Nov, or purchase a summer membership unlimited classes for only $25 (Otago Uni/Polytech students only)

Summer Bootcamp* NEW Yogalates

*Bookings are essential for Bootcamp, Spin and U50 classes and can be made on the day only. Please book by using the Booking button at the top of this page. You will receive an email confirming your booking. If you need to cancel your booking follow the instructions on the email by clicking 'View mybooking'

All those booked in for Summer Bootcamp - please meet at Unipol reception by 6.30pm sharp.  The instructors will take you to the outdoor location. If raining we will transfer inside to Unipol.

Waiting Lists: If there are no spaces left in the class you will be asked if you would like to be put onto the waiting list. If a space becomes available you will be emailed asking if you would like to take the available spot.
