The challenge is on from Monday 30th April to Sunday 27th May and is free for group fitness members (University of Otago or Otago Polytechnic students) & tertiary staff with Unipol off-peak/full-use memberships or $28 for student group fitness non-members and tertiary staff without a Unipol membership. That's just $1 per day! Remember your student/staff ID card when you sign up.
BONUS DEAL for students! After the challenge, if you're hooked, you can sign up for a semester two group fitness membership by paying an extra $40 but start the membership immediately. That gives you an extra two months of group fitness classes for FREE!
Note: The number of classes you decide on should be realistic and rests days should be planned so you are able to juggle other commitments as well as achieve your challenge goal. We recommend mixing up your week with a variety of classes i.e. alternating cardio based classes such as Step Fit with stretching/toning classes such as Yogalates or Pump. This is a great opportunity to try a class you have never done before. Sorry, the 28 Day Challenge in not open to the general public.
