These personalised sessions are designed to cater for the needs of a vast range of fitness levels and individual wellbeing goals. Whether it’s that little bit of extra motivation, the desire to increase your cardiovascular fitness, improve muscular strength or achieve balance in your life our Fitness Leaders are here to help guide you in the right direction.
Our knowledgable Fitness Leaders can design you a gym-based programme that is specific to your needs or give you some guidance as to what recreational activities are available in and around campus that will fit your study timetable. You will come away from this session with a personalised activity plan that will benefit your health, fitness and wellbeing.
Session times are available at various times and are 1 hour in duration.
Bookings are available at Unipol Recreation Services' reception at a price of $17*. Please note: *Fitness programme sessions will increase to $18 from 29th April 2019. Payment is required when booking the session.
