Sign up for a four week course of Small Group Training that's sure to help your fitness goals.
You’ll take part in a variety of fitness challenges and games over the duration of the course that will target all components of fitness; aerobic, anaerobic, and strength. Consisting of 50 minute sessions on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6.30am with a maximum of 10 participants, you’ll get all the benefits of small group personal training without the high cost! These sessions start Tuesday 31st July 2018
We’ll mix it up with indoor and outdoor workouts, and a variety of training methods to ensure you get the best fitness results. Plus, there’s a level for almost everyone!
Please note: This course contains some high intensity work, so is not suitable for sedentary individuals
