Registration | Download the social sport entry form or collect it from Unipol Recreation Centre. Once the form has been completed and returned to Unipol, with the payment, your team will be entered into the next available draw. |
Please remember if you are unable to make your game you must let the coordinator know 24-hrs before game time or no refunds can be given.
