As Divisional HR Manager Tana-Lee provides a range of HR advice and support to the Pro-Vice-Chancellor Sciences and other Directors and Managers relating to all aspects of managing people. This includes performance management, career development, conflict and dispute resolution, management of change and getting the most out of teams.
Tana-Lee also provides advice on how strategic initiatives may impact on roles and individuals, with an emphasis on ensuring our people resource will meet projected needs.
