AboutRajkumar, born and raised in India, completed his undergraduate degree in his home town in one of the best universities of the state, Anna University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Rajkumar completed his Masters in Food Science, Safety and Health at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, in 2013. He chose to do his PhD in the University of Otago as he says, “I find the research, going on in the department on non-thermal processing very interesting. This kind of research, urges me to learn the right skills and knowledge, under the tutelage of the experts. My ambition is to become a food and health scientist and I believe I have come to the right place.” | |
