I am seeking students to join a collaborative project entitled "Artificial intelligence (AI) for human-centric security" supported by the MBIE Catalyst Strategic fund. It is part of this allocation https://www.mbie.govt.nz/about/news/6-m-awarded-to-trans-tasman-cyber-security-research/

Potential focus areas include those listed below.

(a) We seek to explore how to develop software that can provide clear explanations to end users about the decisions made by automated agents (including those using machine learning).

(b) We seek to explore how to derive security-relevant context information from whole-system provenance data.
