Outlook instructions for email signature – for Mac users

1. Save provided email signature image file to preferred location (2 image options)
2. Go to: Outlook > Preferences
3. Add new signature (+)
4. Add contact details text
5. Click picture button > picture from file (no need to scale image once attached)
6. Under link button, insert the Division of Sciences homepage URL https://www.otago.ac.nz/sciences/index.html
7. Name and save your signature
