AskOtago - if you’ve got a question then we can help
AskOtago is a one-stop shop that covers all your information needs. It aims to be the one place for all your questions regarding the University.
You can use AskOtago in the way that suits you:
- A self-help online knowledgebase – available 24-hours a day
- In person – at the Central Hub (entrances from the Central Library and The Link), and smaller hubs being created later this year around the campus

You can get help from the Central Hub and by telephone, email, text and chat during the extended hours of 7am to 11pm, seven days a week – except for Good Friday, Christmas Day and until 1pm on Anzac Day.
The smaller hubs will operate during normal business hours.
