Services we provide

We provide a comprehensive range of primary health care services to the student population, including doctor, nurse, mental health and well-being, and psychiatry appointments.

We are here to help you throughout your years of study.

How to book an appointment

  • If it is a Medical Emergency dial 111 for an ambulance
  • If you need advice about symptoms please call Healthline on 0800 611 116
  • If you need urgent care please call us on 0800 479 821
  • We provide urgent, routine and same day appointments. During busy times there may be a wait for routine appointments
  • To make an appointment please contact our reception team on 0800 479 821.

Health365 Patient Portal

Student Health has introduced a patient portal called Health365 available for all students

Health365 will enable students to book routine appointments at Student Health and access some of your health information online

To gain access to Health365 you will need to complete a Health365 enrolment form. The enrolment form outlines your responsibility for the security of your information and requirement for you to advise SH of any inaccuracies on your health record. When you have completed the enrolment form you will be emailed your access details for Health365 from the product provider My Practice.

Services

As a patient at Student Health you will have access to

1. Book appointments

  • Routine appointments can be booked with a GP or nurse (to see appointments that can be made with a nurse click here)
  • Mental Health Support / Counselling appointments are not available to book on-line at this time – this may change in the future
  • If you require an appointment sooner than those available on the online system please call Student Health on 0800 479 821.

2. Tasks

  • Provides a list of all recalls / health checks that you may require

Please phone Student Health to book an appointment with a nurse as close as possible to the due date

3. Allergies

  • A list of all allergies that are recorded on your health file

Please let your clinician know at your next appointment if the information is not correct.

4. Immunisation history

  • All immunisation details that Student Health has recorded for you

5. Account

  • View account details and payment options

6. Measurements

  • Access to view Blood Pressure, weight, height recordings, BMI

7. Lab Results

  • View your lab results.
  • Provider comments will be shown.
