Jared is the Programme Manager and is responsible for the day to day management of the project. He has been seconded from his role as the HR Information System manager where he is responsible for managing the University’s corporate HR systems and HR software development projects. Prior to commencing at the University in 2013, Jared has undertaken a variety of IT roles including project management, business analysis and software development at a number of commercial and government organisations.

Carolyn is the Change Manager for the Support Services Review and is responsible for ensuring that the organisation is ready for change. Carolyn's focus is on communications, coaching managers and identifying and developing appropriate training and support for staff.
Carolyn joined the University in 2006 and before joining the Support Services Review was a Divisional HR Manager within Human Resources. Prior to joining the University Carolyn worked as a Management Consultant for Deloitte (Dunedin) and KPMG (Wellington). As a management consultant Carolyn worked within many large projects teams and has also managed a significant number of change projects for local, regional and national organisations. Carolyn is a certified trainer in the Prosci Change Management methodology.

Core Project Team
Paul is the project lead for the IT stream, and came to the team from the Commerce division where he spent the last two years as the IT Manager. Paul has 30 years’ experience in IT across a wide range of industries including several years managing large IT teams at NZQA through a period of extensive change. He has worked in a number of IT management roles for large corporate and government agencies and has also worked for IT consultancy firms in both New Zealand and the UK.
