The winners of the inaugral School of Surveying Student Video Competition were announced on Thursday, 21 May. First place was shared by third year BSurv student Sam McCloy and 4th year BSurv student Jeremy McCaffrey.
Students who entered the competition were asked to create a 30-second video that addressed the competition's theme of "Where does Surveying take you?".
The judging panel was so impressed by Sam's and Jeremy's entries that it decided to award them equal first place. Sam and Jeremy each won a $300 gift certificate for their efforts.
