Surveying graduates 2022 image
Pictured in front of the job ads in the student lunch-room are final year students: Toby, Jayden, Thornton, Kate and Hugo.

It's graduate recruitment time here at Te Kura Kairūri | The School of Surveying, and we have over 70 posters up on our walls advertising jobs throughout New Zealand and Australia… and Canada!

It's an exciting time of year for our final year students, who have a fantastic range of job options to choose from after their four years of study for their Bachelor of Surveying (BSurv) or three years of study for Bachelor of Science degrees (BSc in Survey Measurement or BSc in Land Planning and Development or BAppSci in GIS).

Companies are also visiting to give presentations to students from all class levels (200–400 level), and the final year (400 level) students are busy with CVs and application letters while still attending class. Interviews will start in a few weeks – some in person here at the School and some online.

Te Kura Kairūri | The School of Surveying has strong links with the Surveying and Spatial profession, and facilitates the yearly recruitment season here at the School each year.
