Stewart Noguer-Blue
Stewart works closely with Christina to ensure that Toroa is a welcoming environment that is conducive to academic success and personal wellbeing. Stewart is committed to promoting the academic and personal welfare of residents individually and collectively. He is fully involved in College life and he maintains a high presence within the community. Our academic support programme is one of Stewart's passions and he works hard to ensure that residents at Toroa are focusing on their academic goals. Like Christina, Stewart has a wide range of duties within his brief that all involve a strong focus on pastoral care.

Richard Latu
Richard is of Tongan descent and he moved to Dunedin in 2018. Richard works with Stewart and Christina to support residents in their personal and academic development. You will find Richard around Toroa on weekdays and over the weekends.

Jess Smith
Jess is involved in day to day life at the College. Joanne can help you with general matters and she will help you find the appropriate staff member to help you with any issues that may arise. You can also talk with her about your fees and financial matters. Jess works Monday to Friday.
FACILITIES CO-ORDINATOR
Mike Greiner
Mike is responsible for a range of tasks at Toroa including the maintenance and repair of College property. Mike is always happy to help out should you need anything repaired and you will find him around the college Monday - Friday.
