University College has a large number of staff who are here for your wellbeing during your stay. All staff work towards making Unicol a pleasant, safe, and enjoyable environment.
Pauline Donovan, Warden
As the College Warden, Pauline has overall responsibility for the running of the College and is the liaison between the College and the University. Her working hours are normally during the daytime but she is usually around the College in the evenings and on weekends. Pauline lives on the Campus.

Chris Jacobs, Deputy Warden
Chris assists the Warden with management, student activities and pastoral care. He has a range of responsibilities with a strong focus on student and campus life. Chris works afternoons and evenings and lives on site with his family.

Ange Spears, Deputy Warden
Ange is an integral part of the management and pastoral care team. She has a wide range of duties and delegated responsibilities concentrating on academic support and personal health and well-being. Ange's working hours are generally in the afternoons and evening and she lives on-site above North House.

Jess Young, Assistant Warden
Jess has a wide range of duties with regard to academic support and personal health and wellbeing. Jess lives onsite at the UniCol Houses.

Eric Nabalagi, Assistant Warden
Eric works with the team in support of student academic achievement and personal health and wellbeing.

Joel Bartlett and Lauren Miller, Administrators
Lauren and Joel are the friendly faces situated in the UniCol front office. They are responsible for a diverse range of administration and financial tasks which keep the College running smoothly. They are also available for student enquiries and assistance.

Craig Dale and Reuben Brown, Facilities Co-ordinator and Trade Assistant
Craig and Reuben are responsible for all of the maintenance, repairs and contract management for the College.
Colin Lang and Ben Henry , Food Services Manager and Head Chef
Colin, Ben and the kitchen team look after all matters related to the Refectory and keep everyone at UniCol well fed.
Sub-Wardens
As well as being students themselves, the Sub-Wardens each have a group of residents to look after and help the College staff with the management of the College day to day operations.
