University College has a large number of staff who are here for your wellbeing during your stay. All staff work towards making Unicol a pleasant, safe, and enjoyable environment.

Andy Walne, Warden

As the College Warden, Andy has overall responsibility for the running of the College and is the liaison between the College and the University. His working hours are normally during the day-time but he is usually around the College in the evenings and on weekends. Andy lives on-site at the College with family.

Chris Jacobs, Deputy Warden

Chris assists the Warden with management, student activities and pastoral care. He has a range of responsibilities with a strong focus on student and campus life. Chris works afternoons and evenings and lives on site with his family.

Christine Eason, Deputy Warden

Christine is an integral part of the management and pastoral care team. She has a wide range of duties and delegated responsibilities concentrating on academic support and personal health and well-being. Christine's working hours are generally in the afternoons and evening and she lives on-site above North House.

Duncan Lindsay, Assistant Warden

Duncan has a wide range of duties with regard to academic support and personal health and well being. Duncan lives onsite on the ground floor of the North Tower.

Hannah Morgan, Assistant Warden

Hannah works with the team in support of student academic achievement and personal health and well being.

Kathy Ferguson, Joel Bartlett and Lauren Miller, Administrators

They are in the main administration office. She is responsible for a diverse range of administration tasks which keep the College running smoothly and is also available for student questions and assistance.

Tania Ryan, Domestic Supervisor

Tania and her team of domestic staff keep the College looking its best through the cleaning services they provide.

Daniel Grubb and Reuben Brown, Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager

Daniel and Reuben are responsible for all of the maintenance, repairs and contract management for the College.

Colin Lang and Ben Henry , Executive Chef and Sous Chef

Colin, Ben and the kitchen team look after all matters related to the Refectory and keep everyone at UniCol well-fed.

Sub-Wardens

As well as being students themselves, the Sub-Wardens each have a group of residents to look after and help the College staff with the management of the College day to day operations.
