Test centre for major international English exams
The University of Otago English Language Centre is a registered test centre for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and Occupational English Test (OET).
These examinations test English language proficiency and are widely recognised by many academic institutions and government bodies worldwide.
IELTS preparation classes are offered at the University of Otago English Language Centre as part of the General English programme for students of an intermediate level or above.
Preparation for Cambridge examinations is incorporated into our General English programme.
