Domestic applications for the Foundation Studies Certificate programme

Application checklist for New Zealand citizens and permanent residents

We encourage you to apply early to secure a place in the programme.

Applications should include the following information:

  • Completed application form
  • Full transcript of NCEA (or include your NCEA number on the application form) or other relevant academic results
  • Evidence of New Zealand citizenship (copy of your passport, PR visa, birth certificate or other official identification)

Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application within five days. Late applications will be considered. It is important to note that there is no Health Science course in Term 3 of the Foundation Studies Certificate programme.
