The University of Otago Wellington Conference Centre offers architecturally designed facilities, state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, full catering and excellent service. We offer 19 rooms including 2 lecture theatres with seating from 6 - 257 people.
All rooms/theatres include built-in data projectors and laptop connections. Whiteboards, smart boards, built in computers and lecterns (with PC and internet capabilities) are available in selected venues.
Laptops are available at a cost of $50 per day. Please advise when booking if you intend to use your own laptop and require Internet connection.
Basic set up is included in the cost of the room. Any further technical assistance or after hours support as follows:
- Within business hours (8.30am -5pm) $60 per hour excluding GST
- Outside business hours $95 per hour excluding GST
- Public holidays $190 per hour excluding GST
We recommend booking technical support if this is your first time at the UOW Conference Centre. Please note our technicians are only able to support our own equipment.
