The Postgraduate Diploma in Aeromedical Retrieval and Transport provides advanced training in retrieval medicine and aeromedical evacuation for medical practitioners who are involved as clinical advisers and practitioners in the speciality of aeromedical retrieval and transport. This two year part time course provides the basic qualification for those engaged in aeromedical retrieval and transportat independent of which stream of clinical practice they are engaged in. Papers for the Diploma are based on two foundation and two advanced papers offered in alternate years and students may join at any time during the course. Each paper for the Postgraduate Diploma takes up one semester i.e. one half of an academic or calendar year. There are four core papers for the Postgraduate Diploma and at this point no options are offered.
