I am providing research and administration assistance for the Wellington Asthma Research Group, working on the HRC funded HOME study, which examines what housing factors may be associated with new onset wheezing in children. I am also assisting in the Maternal Probiotic Study (Studies of Probiotics and Allergic Disease). This is a randomized controlled trial clinical trial investigating the use of probiotics to prevent the development of allergic disease in infants, and reduce gestational diabetes and bacterial vaginal infections in pregnant women.
