Research interests and activities 

Giorgi is a researcher on the Burden of Disease Epidemiology, Equity and Cost-Effectiveness Programme (BODE³). Giorgi's main role on the programme includes mathematical modeling for various health system interventions, uncertainty and sensitivity analysis.

Giorgi’s other research interests include methodologies of estimating health system costs, productivity costs and welfare costs. As well as, broadly, statistical methods in health economic evaluation.
