One Health Aotearoa’s symposia aim to bring together experts from the fields of animal, human and environmental health in order to address important One Health issues in Aotearoa, New Zealand.
One Health aims to improve health and well-being through integrated, cross-sectoral, and whole-of-society approaches to health hazards. While infectious diseases research remains at the core of the Centre’s research programme, our 5th symposium is open to the wider One Health context.
Abstract submissions for oral and poster presentations are invited by the closing date of Friday 19 July 2019.
Travel grants will be awarded to students who are selected to give proffered oral presentations and live outside of Wellington. There will also be awards at the Symposium for the best student poster presentations.
Early bird registration rates are available until Friday 20 September 2019.
