Welcome to the Spring 2022 issue of He Kete Kōrero, with the latest news from the Wellington campus.
In this issue we acknowledge the challenges we have faced over the last 12 months after leaving the main Academic Block and the Link Block. We look forward to reviewing our core roles and values on the Wellington campus as we seek an overall perspective on our future. This work will feed into the wider review of the Division of Health Sciences currently underway.
We celebrate the successes of our students and staff whose work has been honoured locally and nationally, and those who have won grants for new research projects which will contribute to improving the lives of New Zealanders.
We welcome the opportunity we've had this year to reconnect with alumni and friends of the University. With campus staff and students working and studying over dispersed campus locations, we delight in the opportunities we've had to come together, including at our Matariki events.
