SUBMITTING PROPOSALS


Final submission date: 26 June 2011
Notification of acceptance: 17 July 2011


 

Presentations will be grouped into 90 minute themed sessions that are chaired by a delegated chairperson. Each presentation will be allocated 25 minutes (20 minutes for presentation; 5 minutes for discussion). Two streams of sessions will be scheduled concurrently.

 

Posters will be presented in a scheduled poster session, at which presenters must be available to discuss their work with conference participants.

 

Poster details
Please use the following guidelines:
The maximum size for posters is 1.2 metres high x 1.2 metres wide.
Posters should be readable from a distance of 2 metres (suggested minimum 28 point font size).
You need to bring your poster in a ‘conference ready’ format.
You may wish to prepare a brief handout, including your contact details, for conference participants.

 

Acceptance details
All proposals will be reviewed by the Conference Programme Committee and selected referees who have a range of relevant expertise. Acceptance of proposals is at the discretion of the Programme Committee, who will notify presenters of their decisions by 17 July 2011.

 

Registration details
All presenters must register for the conference.
