On Arrival: Dunedin Airport is 28km from central Dunedin. Public transport to and from the airport is by taxi (approx $65.00 NZD) or by a door-to-door airport shuttle service (approx NZD$15.00)

NOTE: Flights to and from Dunedin are at a premium at this time of year, as is accommodation in the city. As a premium tourist destination late November is peak season for visitors to Dunedin so early bookings are essential.

Airport Shuttles are an affordable way to get to Dunedin Airport, especially for the solo traveller. Each way will cost approximately $20-$25 and we strongly recommend that you book your shuttle in advance. Walk-ups are welcome but are dependent upon availability.
