This guide will help your team to identify an environment, behaviours and actions you can take as a team to build a positive culture, and to tackle and prevent inappropriate behaviour.

It contains a series of discussion prompts to review and agree different aspects of your team’s culture.

As you are having these discussions make them respectful, and safe for everyone. Review your approach regularly, not just when issues with behaviours have been raised.
