Cancellation Policy
Education Support Services (ESS) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop at any time. We will endeavour to give participants as much notice as possible if this is the case.
ESS also reserves the right to cancel a workshop if the number of bookings for that workshop falls below the required number of participants.
Inclement Weather Policy
If you have registered for an ESS workshop and traveling may be hazardous the day of the workshop, please use your own judgment when deciding to attend. Those who cannot attend a workshop because of inclement weather should contact the ESS office.
