Department of Medicine seminar series – Ariel Pons
Generation of a patient-reported outcome measure of quality of life in heart valve disease: the VALVQ
A seminar presented by Ariel Pons, PhD candidate (supervisors: Dr Sean Coffey and Professor Gillian Whalley).
Heart valve disease (HVD) is common globally, yet there is no questionnaire measuring quality of life (QOL) across the lifespan of HVD. This limits assessment of changes in QOL in response to intervention in HVD.
All University of Otago and Southern District Health Board staff and students are welcome to attend.
