Women’s Professional Development Programme

At Otago there is a range of activities that cater for the needs of women (both general and academic). The Programme is run jointly between Human Resources and HEDC. The key activities include:

Women and Leadership Programme (WiLO)

This Programme is designed to further develop the leadership potential of all female staff in the University. The 6 month programme runs annually, comprising a two and half day residential intensive and a follow up day.

General and academic staff women from all Otago campuses are welcome to apply.
