Audience: All users of the Citrix Staff Desktop and Citrix Student Desktop
Description: From 8am until 12:30pm on Saturday 20 January we will be performing urgent upgrades on the Citrix managed desktop and associated applications.
We are hoping that this upgrade should be completed without any noticeable interruption to the users of this service. However, we cannot guarantee there will not be any disruption, or that the Citrix desktop/applications will always be available during this window.
It is recommended that during the upgrade window you do not perform any important work, but if this is unavoidable that you save your work often.
