Conference leave approval

Award of a travel grant does not signify approval of conference leave to attend the meeting. Application for leave must be made separately to the Head of Department and approved by the Dean. It is the responsibility of the staff member concerned to make appropriate arrangements with the Head of Department to cover teaching responsibilities.

These arrangements must be approved by the Head of Department.
