Choose a desk phone model
There are two different types of desktop phones available:
- A standard phone. This is the model supplied free with your phone extension.
- A digital Nortel M3904 desk phone. This model has caller display. You will need approval from your department to get a Nortel phone because of the cost of purchasing this type of phone.
