e:Vision is your online tool for applying to study, for accessing important study-related information and for viewing your personal details and updating your contact details while you study at Otago.

PIMS - Personal Information Management System
PIMS is the University's Personal Information Management System (PIMS) and enables you to view your details. PIMS provides access to:
- any available graduation details;
- Course Planner which enables you to test papers which you might be thinking of taking against some of the rules attached to those Papers and your previous academic record. A check for timetable clashes can also be made;
- your study timetable

Email Forwarding
You can use e:Vision to forward email sent to your student email address to another email address of your choice.
Blackboard
Blackboard provides staff and students with access to communication tools, course materials, discussion forums, online assessment and many other features to help manage their study or teaching. Not all papers use Blackboard so you may not have access to it.

Off-campus access to University Library Online Resources
Your username and password give you access to all of the library's online e- resources.

Computer Resource Room (CRR) Logins on Campus
There are a number of CRRs across the Dunedin campus with networked Macintosh and PC computers. For information about CRRs check out http://tfserver.otago.ac.nz//SCS/
Off Campus Internet Access
When accessing off campus internet sites you will be prompted for your username and password, for example within CRRs, Halls of Residence and some departmental computing facilities.
