The University has modified how resources are distributed to academic units through the adoption of Responsibility Centre Management (RCM). Major changes include:

  • recording revenue and expense where earned or incurred
  • making the cost of central services more visible, and
  • showing the transfers that take place between academic units

These changes and the effect on monthly reporting are described in the following presentation that was made to academic unit administrators.
