Congratulations to Dr Erica Todd who has been awarded a two-year Postdoctoral Fellowship by the Royal Society Te Apārangi Rutherford Foundation Trust.

Erica will use fish such as the spotty (Notolabrus celiodotus) and bluehead (Thalassoma bifasciatum) wrasse to study the genetic and environmental bases of natural sex change.

Only a small number of Rutherford Fellowships are awarded each year to support the research of New Zealand’s promising early career researchers.
