Principal Investigators
The BHRC includes over 60 research teams spread across the Departments of Anatomy, Biochemistry, Computer Science, Information Science, Medicine, Pharmacology & Toxicology, Physiology, Psychological Medicine, Psychology, and Zoology, as well as the Schools of Pharmacy, Physical Education and Physiotherapy at the University of Otago.
Research Fellows
Research fellows at the BHRC are spread across the Departments of Anatomy, Medicine, Pharmacology & Toxicology, Physiology, and Psychology.
PhD students
PhD students at the BHRC are investigating a wide variety of topics, from computer modeling of synaptic plasticity in the brain, to looking for biomarkers in blood that could predict the onset of Alzheimer's disease.
Management Committee
The BHRC Management Committee is responsible for policy, and short and long term planning for the Centre.
Advisory Board
The Advisory Board was convened in 2012 to provide independent external advice, lending support, and advice and direction for the Director, Management Committee, and the entire Centre.
