About Kennedy Sarich (Ngāpuhi, Te Rarawa)
Kennedy is a medical registrar for Canterbury District Health based in Christchurch and is a Basic Trainee of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. She is a Clinical Lecturer at MIHI.
In a myriad of different roles, Kennedy has been involved in the recruitment, support and mentoring of Māori in health careers since 2010. Kennedy has a particular interest in how clinician led teaching can be utilised to improve Māori health outcomes.
Kennedy contributes to both the undergraduate and postgraduate Hauora Māori Curriculum through her role at MIHI.
