Terms of Reference

To receive updates and reports from the Vice-Chancellor on the development and implementation of the University's Strategic Plan;
To provide advice to the Vice-Chancellor on the development and implementation of the University's Strategic Plan;
To make recommendations to the Council relating to the University's Strategic Plan.
